Una intervención en un apartamento de 90 m² con 9 m² de terraza donde la prioridad era optimizar los espacios y generar una atmósfera luminosa y cálida. El primer paso fue unir salón y cocina en un solo espacio abierto, articulado por una barra que conecta sin separar. Al otro extremo, el salón se abre completamente a la terraza.
A renovation of a 90 m² apartment with a 9 m² terrace where the priority was to optimise the spaces and create a luminous, warm atmosphere. The first step was to merge the living room and kitchen into one open space, articulated by a bar that connects without separating. At the other end, the living room opens fully onto the terrace.
La estrategia estética se construye sobre tonos neutros y naturales — arena, blanco 9010 y verde salvia — combinados con una iluminación cuidadosamente estudiada entre 3000 y 4000 K. Cada elemento de mobiliario e iluminación fue elegido para continuar esta línea por todo el apartamento, consiguiendo la atmósfera mediterránea deseada.
The aesthetic strategy is built on neutral, natural tones — sand, white 9010 and sage green — combined with carefully studied lighting between 3000 and 4000 K. Every furniture and lighting element was chosen to carry this language throughout the apartment, achieving the desired Mediterranean atmosphere.

La madera natural aporta calidez orgánica. El verde salvia aparece como acento vegetal que conecta el interior con la terraza y el paisaje exterior.
Natural wood brings organic warmth. Sage green appears as a botanical accent that connects the interior with the terrace and the landscape beyond.

Iluminación lineal y puntual entre 3000 y 4000 K. Cada luminaria elegida con precisión para construir la atmósfera cálida y mediterránea del proyecto.
