Una casa de planta única en Ibiza que respira Mediterráneo. La cal en blanco puro, el microcemento gris y la madera y piedra natural son los únicos materiales — usados con honestidad, sin artificios, en su expresión más sincera. Las paredes se han dejado imperfectas a propósito: no se pretende esconder nada.
A single-storey house in Ibiza that breathes the Mediterranean. Pure white lime, grey microcement, natural wood and stone are the only materials — used with honesty, without artifice, in their most sincere expression. The walls have been left deliberately imperfect: nothing is hidden.
La casa se abre al entorno de arena y pinos pero también busca crear refugio — un rincón de paz donde evadirse. La volumetría exterior es el resultado directo de la funcionalidad interior y la conexión con el paisaje. Sin decoración excesiva. El equilibrio entre minimalismo y tradición mediterránea es el hilo conductor de cada decisión.
The house opens to its surroundings of sand and pines but also seeks to create shelter — a corner of peace to escape to. The exterior volumes are the direct result of the interior's function and its connection to the landscape. No excessive decoration. The balance between minimalism and Mediterranean tradition runs through every decision.

La cal en blanco puro y el microcemento gris como base. Aplicados con deliberada imperfección — las marcas y texturas son parte del lenguaje, no un defecto a corregir.

Madera y piedra naturalWood and natural stone
Madera y piedra en su estado más auténtico, sin tratamientos que escondan su origen. La sinceridad del material como principio estético y filosófico del proyecto.
Wood and stone in their most authentic state, untreated so nothing hides their origin. Material honesty as the aesthetic and philosophical principle of the project.
El entorno como materialThe landscape as material
La arena, los pinos y la luz mediterránea entran en la casa como un material más. La volumetría exterior responde directamente a esta relación con el paisaje.
The sand, pine trees and Mediterranean light enter the house as another material. The exterior volumes respond directly to this relationship with the landscape.
